We understand that cross-border purchases are normally subject to unreasonable penalties during shipment and delivery. For this reason, we offer low-pricing in two currencies as well as fast, duty-free domestic shipping options.

DELIVERED BY COURIER
MICR Toner World uses UPS, FedEx and Purolator for shipments of printer cartridges. Rely on us for reliable service, great pricing and fast delivery.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING
95% of orders leave our warehouse the same day if your order is placed by 2pm EST.
Please indicate at checkout if timing is a factor. We will do everything we can to expedite the delivery of your cartridges. In the event of an ink emergency please contact us by phone or email for informaiton on express and overnight delivery options.

DELIVERY HOURS
Packages are delivered between the regular business hours of 9am to 5pm. Residential deliveries are executed between 9am and 8:30pm. If you are unable to be present during the scheduled delivery time period, please inform us by email or phone. We can arrange to ship at a later date or we can have the nearest depot hold the package for pickup.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If you suspect your package has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. If the contents require replacement, we will need them back to file a claim with the courier. All cartridges are well-packaged; most visible damage is to the exterior shipping box only. Rarely are the contents of the cartridge box compromised.

WRONG ITEMS
If you received the wrong items, please contact us immediately. We will ship you the correct items immediately along with simple instructions for returning the cartridges we sent in error.

RETURNS
MICR Toner World accepts returns on defective products for up to 365 days from date of purchase. Defective returns are tested and weighed before the return is issued. If you suspect your cartridge is defective, please contact us immediately. Oftentimes, problems are diagnosed over the phone and solved with a few simple steps; typically involving your device’s maintenance/cleaning feature.

Non-defective returns are accepted for 30 days from date of purchase. The customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping charges in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
