MICR Toner World wants customers to be happy. That being said, we will do whatever we can to honour all reasonable requests. |

| RETURN OF NON-DEFECTIVE GOODS |
| MICR Toner World accepts returns on all unopened, unused cartridges for 30 days from the date of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable and all non-defective returns are subject to a 15% return fee. |

| RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE |
| MICR Toner World accepts returns on all defective merchandise for 365 days from the date of purchase. All suspected defective cartridges must be returned to us to for inspection and weighing. Near empty cartridges will not be replaced. Cartridges that were tampered with, in any way, do not qualify for a return. |
