We guarantee that any cartridges purchased from MICR Toner World or MICR Toner World will be free from defects for 365 days from the date of purchase. Should you experience any problems, please contact us and we will replace your cartridge or refund your money free of charge. Cartridges that are nearly empty or show visible signs of tampering will not be protected by our guarantees. Toners are all inspected and weighed upon return.

1-Year Printer Guarantee

MICR Toner World guarantees that any and all cartridges purchased will never damage your laser printer. This guarantee applies for the duration our MICR toner is used to print checks up to one year from the date of purchase. If a cartridge from MICR Toner World damages your printer, we will repair or replace the device in a timely fashion.

If you suspect damage to your device, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a licensed and certified printer technician in your local area to diagnose the problem. All customers must acknowledge that MICR Toner World will only pay technician fees if there is written evidence that our cartridges are the direct cause of the problem.

MICR Toner World is not responsible for the damage caused from neglecting to perform proper device maintenance.

MICR Toner World does not pay technicians to fix old, broken printers.

MICR Toner World does not pay technicians to diagnose device problems unrelated to defective cartridges.
